Chef Elizabeth Stelling hails from Texas where she attended Culinary School before bringing her talents to the Central Jersey area. She will share her secrets to low sodium, low fat and dietary restrictive recipes in a group setting, and share wine pairing tips with most recipes. Chef Elizabeth offers several of her Trademark hands on classes and new curriculum that share her passion for making eating healthy without giving up flavor. She will also share her own battle of gaining weight, her road to working with a trainer, and becoming a dedicated organic, locally grown produce and meat eater, and cooking with little or no sugar.

Basic Culinary/Kitchen Skills- I Soups Find out what clients are saying about our delicious healthy alternative soup recipes, and how they are great all year round. These hands on class will cover basic culinary/kitchen skills, broth and flavoring, and various dietary restrictions with four savory recipes. Chef E teaches how to cook low sodium foods with flavor packed techniques. Each attendee should bring containers to take home extra soup.

Basic Culinary/Kitchen Skills - II SoupsThis hands on class is an extension ofour first course covering basic culinary/kitchen skills, broth and flavoring, low sodium and dietary restrictions, and four soups recipes. This class will cover basic skills, four new soup recipes and accompaniments that are healthy alternatives to eating canned or frozen meals. Each attendee should bring containers to take home extra soup.

KIDding Around In The Kitchen - Culinary Skills 101Do you watch the cooking network? Think you want to be a Top chef? Come and experience our hands on class designed to give an introduction to culinary school curriculum. Culinary School trained Chef E taught her son how to conduct himself in the home and professional kitchen at an early age. Learn how to handle your knives, about safety and sanitation, choosing the right recipes and ingredients, as well as making four dishes from around the world. This class requires parental attendance for any child aged16 and under.
Thursday classes for teenage and older/Saturday classes for younger youth; $45 per person-$60 parent/child; 72 hours notice is required to cancel classes and receive a full refund.

KIDding Around In The Kitchen - Culinary Skills 102This handson class is designed for students who have already taken Culinary Skills 101. Curriculum will consist of how to plan a menu, shopping for the right ingredients and reading labels, as well as shaping the palate to eat a more healthy diet for now and the future while using your culinary skills from the previous course. This class requires parental attendance for any child aged16 and under.
